lemon tea recipe

INGREDIENTS:
-2bags of tea
-1lemon
-600ml water
-3 tablespoon sugar

UTENSILS:
-teapot
-tablespoon

HOW TO MAKE:
 *put out everything you need for this recipe on the kitchen bench or table.
1) add the sugar and teabags. then, pour water.
2)squeez the lemon in the mixture.

AND IT'S JUST DONE

note: can be serve cold or warm

French Toast

INGREDIENTS:
-1egg
-2tablespoon milk
-2slices raisin bread
-2teaspoon butter

UTENSILS:
-small bowl
-fork
-measuring spoons
-medium frying pan
-egg slice

*put out everything you need for this recipe on the kitchen bench or table.

1) break an egg into a small bowl, add milk and beat lightly with a fork
2) dip raisin bread in egg mixture until soaked
3) melt butter in frying pan. place bread in pan. cook over medium heat for 1 minute or until the uderside is golden.
4) using an egg slice, turn bread over. cook about 1 minute more. french toast should be served as soon as it cooked.

NOTE:
frencjh toast can be served drizzled with honey or golden syrup or sprinkled with sugar.

FUN RECIPE!: blended foam milk

its our first fun recipe and the most easy recipe in this blog!

INGREDIENTS:
-4 tablespoon chocolate milk powder
-mineral water
-1 1/2 cup of ice
-enough chocolate topping

UTENSILS:
-blender
-glass

HOW TO MAKE:
-add ice & milk powder into the blender
-pour enough water
-blend it 5-7 minutes until the ice blended well
-serve with chocolate topping on top

easy right? and when you'r done, it'll be like this! but icy!

easy chocolate brownies

preparation time:15minutes    cooking time:30minutes    makes: about 15

INGREDIENTS
-oil for greasing tin
-200g dark chocolate,coarsely chopped
-4 tablespoon butter
-185g soft brown sugar, firmly packed
-1/2 cup chopped pecan peanuts
-2 eggs, lightly beaten
-1 cup plain flour

UTENSILS
-deep 19cm square cake tin
-greaseproof paper
-scissors
-sharp knife
-medium-sized saucepan
-sifter
-wooden spoon
-bread board
-oven mitts

HOW TO MAKE
*put out everything you need for this recipe on the kitchen bench or table. turn on oven moderate 180'C. brush a cake tin with oil. cut a strip of greaseproof paper to fit from top of one side of the tin, across bottom and up opposite side. grease paper.

1) put chocolate and butter in saucepan. stir over low heat with wooden spoon until they have melted. take off the heat, cool 2 minutes.
2) add sugar and pecans, stir until well mixed in. add eggs and mix well. sift flour, add to mixture and mix well.
3) spread the mixture into the greased and papered tin. bake for 30 minutes or until firm in the centre when u press with a back of spoon.
4) leave in the tin until cool. turn out into a board, cut into squares. sprinkle with icing sugar.

easy baked vanilla custard recipe

preparation time:10 minutes     cooking time:40minutes      serves:4

INGREDIENTS:
-oil for greasing dish
-500ml milk
-3 eggs
-50ml caster sugar
-1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
-ground nutmeg, for sprinkling.

UTENSILS:
-600ml ovenproof dish
-pastry brush
-whisk
-medium bowl
-large baking dish
-knife
-oven mitts

HOW TO MAKE:
*put out everything you need for this recipe on the kitchen bench or table. turn on oven moderate 180'C. brush ovenproof dish with oil.

1) whisk milk, egg, sugar, and vanilla in mixing bowl for 2 mins.
2) pour mixture into the greased dish and springkle the top with nutmeg.
3) put the custard dish into a larger baking dish . pour enough cold water into the baking dish. bake for 20mins, then turn oven down to moderately slow 160'C. bake for 20 mins more or until custard is set and a knife comes oout clean when pushed into the centre. take out of water immediately, wearing oven mitts. serve the bakedcustard warm or cold, with fruit if desired.

easy gingerbread cookies recipe

preparation time:50minutes   cooking time:15minutes    makes:about24
INGREDIENTS:
-melted butter or oil for greasing
-50ml golden syrup
-5 tablespoons butter
-46 1/4ml soft brown sugar
-1egg
-250 self-raising flour
-1teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
-3teaspoons ground ginger
-2teaspoons currants

ICING INGREDIENTS:
-375ml icing sugar
-2teaspoons butter, melted
-1-2 tablespoons water
-diffrent food colourings
-lollies to decorate

UTENSILS:
-oven trays
-jug
-small pan
-measuring cups&spoons
-3mixing bowls
-electric mixer
-kitchen paper
-rolling pin
-gingerbread cutter
-egg slice
-strainer or fine sieve
-oven mitts
-wooden spoon

HOW TO MAKE:
*put out everything you need for this recipe on the kitchen bench or table. turn oven on to moderate 180'C. grease oven trays with melted butter or oil.

1) put syrup in jug and stand in pan of hot tapwater until syrup is warm and soft.
2) put butter&sugar in one of thr mixing bowls and mix with mixer or spoon until creamy.
3) lightly beat egg. stir it into butter and sugar mixture.
4) in another mixing bowl, sift flours, soda and ginger. slowly add flour mixture & syrup to butter and sugar, mixing well.
5) take mixture out of bowl and place on counter knead lightli. roll out with a rolling pin to 5mm thick.
6) using gingerbread or animal shaped cutters, cut out cookies. carefully lift onto greased baking trays with an egg slice. plance currants into cookies for eyes.
7) put trays in oven and cook for 15mins. tun off oven, take out trays and leave to cool for 15 mins.
8) to make icing : mix icing sugar, butter and water in small bowl. divide mixture into several small bowls. colour each icing mixture diffrently. pipe or drizzle icings to decorate cookies. use icing to glue lollies for decoration. ice 1 cookie at a time, as the icing sets quickly.
